Ingredients: Firm Pressed Cauldron Tofu (Filtered Water, Soya Beans, Calcium Sulphate), Coconut Oil, White Miso paste, White Wine Vinegar, Salt, Onion Powder, Vegan Lactic Acid Powder, Garlic Powder, Spirulina Powder.  

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. Shelf life 2 weeks, up to one month if unopened.

    Blue cheese used to be my best thing ever. Really missed it since going vegan but this stuff is amazing. Has that proper blue cheese ‘zing’. Love it!

    Oh I’ve missed stilton until now! Not as hard – more like a cross between a feta and boursin in texture, but the taste is great.

    Bought some of this at the Portsmouth Vegan festival – absolutely love this, tastes just like a proper soft blue cheese. Delicious in an apple & walnut salad. Yum!
