DRUMROLL … this is what you have been waiting for … melting mozza! Perfect eaten cold if you want a salad, but melts great too for your pizzas and cheese toasties.

Allergens: Contains Soya. Gluten free. May contain nuts.

Directions: Can be eaten cold. For pizza, slice and cook on the pizza at 180C. For pasta, do not cook / boil – just crumble and stir through the hot meal at the end, no need to separately cook.

Ingredients: Pure Soymilk (Soya beans & filtered water), Coconut Oil, Organic Tapioca Flour, Kappa Carrageenan,  Salt, Vegan Lactic Acid powder, water.  

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 8 days. Do not freeze.

Contents: One mozzafella ball in brine.

    This is AMAZING!!! especially on pizza (the only difficulty is making sure you have not eaten it all by then).
